  • With LinkedIn, you can:
    • post an online profile which can be searched by recruiters;
    • establish networking connections with your friends, fellow employees, fellow alumni and employees of prospective employers; and,
    • review the profiles of individuals who will be interviewing you - to see if you have any common interests or background.
  • A vital part of your Job Search.  Everyone serious about their job search needs to have a profile on LinkedIn and you need to use the site to do research on prospective employers and to identify potential networking contacts.

  • One of the toughest challenges of the job search is finding contacts at prospective employers.  And, Jigsaw is an answer to that challenge.  It can help you identify contacts and their contact information.
  • Jigsaw is a membership site which is FREE - HOWEVER, it is free for those who provide information to the site.
  • The information contained in Jigsaw's database is company information - names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses and is totally provided by members.
  • There is currently approximately 20 million individual contact records and 2 million company records in the database.
